Research
My research focuses on comparing stem cell–like memory T cells (Tscm) between African and European populations, which is based on the hypothesis that population-level differences in the proportion of Tscm cells may cause observed variations in vaccine efficacy. To address this, I am developing and applying strategies for population-based immunological comparisons, including immune stimulation assays, multicolor flow cytometry, staining protocols, and downstream data analysis.
Curriculum Vitae
I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Keio University in 2019. In 2023, I entered the School of Medicine at Nagasaki University, Japan. I have recently completed my fourth year of medical studies and am currently taking a one-year leave of absence to conduct research abroad at LUCID.
