I work in Simon Jochem’s Mucosal and systems immunology group. My main projects involve high-throughput qPCR on nasal and saliva samples from multiple clinical studies. This technique is something I helped optimize for our purposes after dr. Dennis Hoving set up this technique for our lab. I am also involved in the other projects within the group, which includes processing different types of clinical samples, spectral flowcytometry and organoid culturing. Department-wide I am also involved in the GRP team.
